This site's first rip isn't precisely a rip per se, but a compendium of rips. "Homenaje a los niños" (1979) is a promotional vynil record that was originally given away by various radio stations as rewards for winning contests and quizes. The copy I own was earned by my aunt at some radio station called Difusora Pantera during the late 70's. A decade later, it became one of my childhood favorite albums.
The tracklist includes various children songs and themes famous around that time. There's a 3-Discs version which shares the same tracklist although interspersed with various fairytales.

As this is a compilation, instead of capturing my crackly vynil, I searched for the best versions of each track that I could find. Ended up gathering a few CD's and a few web rips. The sources are:
A1 y B4 (Piero)
|
Taken from the first CD edition of Sinfonía En "La" Mar, As the digital version is slightly louder. |
A2 , B2 y B5 (CIT)
|
Taken from the digital edition, as I couldn't find a CD. I actually own this Vynil but It's scratchy as well. |
A3 y B1 (Heidi)
|
Themes from Heidi's Acclaimed Latin Soundtrack. I used the
stereo versions. There's a chilean CD that contains an amazing remaster of these songs, although,
sadly, they only last for a couple of seconds (!), as it's seemlingly
based on the short, Non-LP version. There's no known full version of these remasters :c. These rips seem to be lossy (peaking at ~17k), I'll update the post if I upgrade them. |
A4, A6 y B3 (Cri-Cri)
|
Although I own various releases containing these tracks, i found this early release of the 5 CD's songs and tales collection has the best dynamics. There are some so calles "remasters" of which I only perceived increased loudness. |
A5 y B6 (Duende Bubulín)
|
Taken from the digital edition, as I couldn't find a CD with these versions. Noise and
dynamics are good enough. You can tell the arrangements were done with
lots of care. |
